Every year, The Foundation for the Prevention of Violence runs a charity fundraiser at FanX. We use this annual event to raise funds for our programs—and to provide our services to the community we love so much.

What we do at fanx
Charity Auction
Our charity auction offers new items every year—including everything from signed books and posters to weapon replicas and collectible Funko Pops.
Whether you grab a few raffle tickets or participate in our silent auction, you’ve got a chance to win some awesome items while contributing to a great cause!
Tabletop Games
In addition to our board game rentals, we run both free and paid Dungeons and Dragons one-shots and Magic: The Gathering tournaments. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just a beginner, there’s a place for you at the table!

Want to join the party?
We’re always looking for new dungeons masters, charity-fundraiser personnel, set-up-and-take-down crew, security, and general volunteers to help us run our fundraiser. In addition to your volunteer duties, we ensure every person gets enough time between duties to fully enjoy the con.
