While we primarily focus on schools, our 360-degree security assessments can also be implemented for businesses and homes!

Taking Action Against School Violence

Violence in schools is increasing, and in reaction, schools across the country are increasing their security. But it’s not enough to simply defend against violence—we have to prevent it.

This is why, in addition to optimizing current school security, we provide the tools staff needs to recognize violent intent before it becomes violent action. Only by taking this 360 approach can we truly prevent crime from happening.

Security Evaluation

Our process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your school—starting with a physical assessment where we rank each room on our security scale. This will help us later customize drills according to your school’s unique layout.

We also assess your school’s current security measures, including cameras, visitor procedures, and evacuation protocols to find potential gaps and places that need improvement.

The Cooper-Krug Risk Assessment

Our security evaluation helps stop violence, but our risk assessment pinpoints what actually causes it.

The Cooper-Krug Risk Assessment was created by security- and self-defense expert Alyssa Krug and retired F.B.I. profiler Greg Cooper. This assessment helps teachers identify violent behavioral markers in students—and illustrates how to prevent those behaviors from escalating into violence.

We are also developing an app based around our risk assessment so that help is always on hand.

Specialized Training for School Staff

Unfortunately at the moment, teachers are the first line of defense against violent crimes in schools. Because of this, our team focuses on ensuring teachers and staff have everything they need to keep themselves and their students safe.

Our training courses are centered around helping school staff recognize and understand behavioral markers, practice physical defense, and learn how to respond to potential or in-progress violence.

Programs That Prevent Violence

Real results demand real change. Because of this, we recommend additions to curriculum that will help promote the mental well-being of your students.

One such recommendation is our Mage Fire Gaming program which focuses on curbing violent behaviors through interactive role-playing games.
